Has our surname (could look like the dog's name as we've got one of those surnames that could be a firstname dealies - but he'll answer to anything going anyway ), house number and street name, postcode, landline/my mobile number (I was getting my money's worth out of the engraving fee and shoved everything I could fit on it!)

People are always surprised by the fact the address has to be on there.

Our Dog warden actually said he would prefer a phone number!

Darcy's tag has my surname, 1st line of our address and postcode and landline and mobile number. She has another tag which says she is insured and our vet practice details (which is also where I work which is handy!)
