Raspberries Anyone ?

I have tons of them

Have used some of them in pies, given quite a few away and the rest I have been freezing them as we have been picking them, took 11 plastic curry cartons out of the freezer this morning to make raspberry jam, just done the first batch which is better than last years because I added pectin, last year I used lemon juice.

I am going to make a nice victoria sponge tomorrow with raspberry Jam and fresh whipped double cream

Sorry LOL

Nothing like homemade though is there, especially when you use some ingredients you have grown yourself.

Been having home grown cabbage for the past few weeks and should have cauli's ready for this weekend
