Health Grill

I bought myself a health grill the other day. It was £20 down from £40 in Argos less my discount because I work there £18.00. Its great, cooked some salmon steaks on it with some shallots and and red peppers it cooked them a treat, must go and buy some steak and try that.

HI

Steak is really nice cooked on those grills, so are gammon steaks. and chicken but make sure you dont overcook it or it goes a bit tough (make sure its not pink in middle tho as im sure you know)

you can get uncooked burgers in M & S - they cook really nice aswell, only take about 7 mins.

What a good idea, I always find barbecued food under cooked, over cooked or just tasteless.
