Just a note, there are different sorts of kidney stones and until and unless you know the sort they are, it is a bit tricky to ensure you remove the offending culprits from your diet.

But plenty of water is advised for all types.

I think the cranberry, orange juice and bicarbonate of soda alter the Ph of the urine which helps to kill off any bacteria.
I'm avoiding coffee completely, it irritates my bladder at the best of times.
It is definitely improving, so if I can avoid antibiotics, all the better.

Ok I've got to admit I've had to give in.
I had such a bad night that I was at the doctors at 8 this morning.
Her words were "you have a very nasty infection". Ummm yes I thought so!
I have started the antibiotics so hopefully I will be feeling better soon
