The law & hanging things on your rear view mirror

Hi,

My carer has two fluffy dice hanging from her rear view mirror in her car. Now I always understood that this was illegal (it causes an obstruction of view) does anyone know if this is true?

Also would a car fail the MOT test if they were hanging up like that?

Well I have no idea what is required for an MOT as my car passed even though it's reversing lights didn't work and the speedo didn't work, they don't test for that apprently!

I have a dreamcatcher hanging from my mirror.. its got lovely fluffy feathers on it and a wolf in the middle.. and it has moved from car to car with me and none of them have ever been failed on that

no Ian its fine .......it would a lack of a mirror that would fail not whats hanging on it
