Forgive me Dogsey but I have sinned..

It's my first poo offence!

I've started walking Tonks in the evenings now as she's only allowed very short lead walks for a while post cruciate injury.

Tonight I decided to take Remus too. Well all was going well on the walk and we were just coming down a lane comes out at the end of our road when Remus decided to have a poo with his back to a house, next to a garden gate. No problem, I got my poo bag out at the ready.......and then ad bloody cat steps out of the pitch black garden into the gate way literally a foot from the pooing Remus and two foot in front of Tonks who had been waiting patiently.

It went up like a bottle brush and stood their hissing. Cue Tonks going completely mental.....screaming trying to charge at it (she walks on a head collar so there's no problem holding her back). Remus freeks thinking she's doing it at him, but then spins round and notices the cat...whose still not moving....and starts spinning and play bowing (he's never bothered about cats in our garden or in the daylight before) ....cat still not moving. I go to the open end of the alley way hoping the cat with take its chance and bolt for it...but it doesn't and moves forward so it's between us and the poo.

At which point I give up and decided the best option is to go home.

So apologies to anyone who finds a poo in there tomorrow but I promise I will pick it up on the way to take Merryn to school in the morning.....and feel very guilty if it's been trodden in.

Since its your first offence and you are an otherwise very responsible dog owner, I think Dogsey should let you off this time

I have been feeling a bit down recently but that cheered me up

One of my previous foster dogs Jethro, used to drop his poo while he was trotting along next to my scooter, as I couldn't see it I didn't know until a man stopped me.
