I have
given up sending e-mails on complaints, now I wait a day or so gathering info (Like the name of the CEO etc) and then
I write a good old fashioned letter to the CEO with copies to the financial director, the sales director, and a few other directors for good meusure
I must say that it has worked far better than e-mails for me, I think the recipients feel that if I've gone to such trouble I must be serious, and of course I am, wouldn't do it otherwise.
