Co-op

I had reason to complain about the above store, I emailed them on Sunday , got an automated 'we will get back to you as soon as possible' and I am still waiting!!!!

Hope they get back to you soon, I e-mailed asda with a complaint, I waited a week for them to reply. Maybe you could phone the co-op if you need a reply sooner.

i HATE that!! it only means i fester and fume all the more!!
some stores think it acts as a 'cool off' time for the complaint.....
with me it just means by the time they get to me i am like a volcano ready to blow!!

i work for the co-op and belive me when they say they care they dont. hope you get some where but dont hold your breath

I have given up sending e-mails on complaints, now I wait a day or so gathering info (Like the name of the CEO etc) and then I write a good old fashioned letter to the CEO with copies to the financial director, the sales director, and a few other directors for good meusure

I must say that it has worked far better than e-mails for me, I think the recipients feel that if I've gone to such trouble I must be serious, and of course I am, wouldn't do it otherwise.
