Place fillet of salmon in oven dish/baking tray, spread thin layer of mango chutney over and bake in oven for about 30mins at about 200, or longer if you like well done. Serve with boiled potatoes and veg. Lovely cold too, with salad or in sarnie. Mango chutney also very nice spread on pork chops, fillets too.
