Thanks everyone, don't think it will be as nice this year though as I haven't had as much time, the patio is great, we spend such a lot of time out there

You have a lovely garden Het, but obviously since joining DW as you say the planting must have suffered somewhat this year. Never mind, all you really need is that super patio area for sipping your ice cool Pimm's and the lovely green lawn for your lovely doggies to run around on, and maybe a new swimming pool next??? I'm sure you'll find some room somewhere. x

Thanks maplecottage, I have just printed it out A4 size to take to work and pin on my wall, it will cheer me up on all those cold winter days

Lovely garden Het and very very big, no wonder your O/H is knackered half the time if he has to mow that lawn every week (well that and trying to keep up with your antics, the poor man )

I don't think I will need to move in next door, I could just get a large static caravan in the garden

Yes hes the one with the hat, He s 31 I think Hayley, and newly single. I don't know where he came from cos he doesn't look like me or other bruv, very handy having a builder in the family though
