Finished Physio Today...yipee

Met up with the lovely Adam this morning, and he has said I can go on a S.O.S for the next month

Which basically means he is happy with my progress, and the flexibility of movements. No way is it 100% and like he said it will take months to regain full movement - but I have a vast improvement So I only go to physio if things start to decline.

Off to see the shoulder surgeon next week, who will have me hanging off doors, just to make absolutely sure all is cured

So I'm pretty chuffed today x
