no idea about detergent but what about a pressure washer or a steamer. Very dog friendly.

no idea what you can use, but what about asking at the vet or at a show.

The kennels I work at uses this method. And after seeing the results I use it at home too.

But we do it this way:

Take a bucket of hot water
Put 1-2 capfulls of bleach in
Mix it up
Then take a strong bristle brush, something to scrub the patio with
Splash some normal warm water over the patio, and brush it down
Then splash a small bit of the treated water a small area of patio and start scrubbing.
Make sure you go over pretty much every part of the patio one time with the scrubber and the treated water.
When you finish the whole of the patio, stand back, and wait 5 minutes
Then go out and THROUGHLY rinse down the patio with cold water, using a broom to get rid of the suds totally.

This is a tried and tested method. I've used it in the boarding and breeding kennels I worked at. And it really works, you can hardly smell a thing when you finish. And as you rinse the bleach off its not dangerous.

Good Luck!!

I use Jeyes fluid (when I can get hold of it) and a stiff broom. Then rinse it down with cold water.
