Merc. maybe, but I'm convinced MS made a wrong decision to come back after what was quite a long break, it's a job which requires a young mans reflexes and however much we might regret it our reflexes do slow down as we get older and if we've not been able to keep in practice

JMO but you're right, next season will be interesting I think.

I would have preferred a Brit to win, but am SO glad that Alonso didn't... I find him very arrogant!

Yes I also agree next year will be very interesting.... GO Jenson!!

i think the old timer done ok by the end of the season, without any winter testing and like you said a long break, nothing will ever take anything away from his greatness for me, which is part of being a schuey fan, (forgiving mistakes)
nikki lauda made a good come back and won another championship, if any one can schuey can, im not sure if hes got another chamionship in him, but schuey is sure, so lets see

One of the best F1 seasons in my opinion.

Not keen on MS,he doesn't play by the rules and at times his driving is downright dangerous. He is / was good and shouldn't be allowed to force drivers off the track and deliberatly driving into them.

Well Done to the Red Bull Team, what a fab season for them!
Hope next year is just as good and closely run.

You and my OH should get together she doesn't like him either, when we're watching a race she's always saying things like "I think he's got a puncture in that front tyre" or "That rear spoiler looks loose" and other things which I don't think I can put on here

Personally I can't forgive him for his involvement in the 'Spying affair' - if I have read it correctly he wasn't directly involved but tried to use his knowledge of it to his advantage which for me is almost the same thing.

So glad Jenson Button was in the placings. He's a bit of a family favourite as he grew up in a town near where my mum lives, and we used to see him a lot on local TV back in the days when he was a very young kid Go-Kart champion! They always said back then he would be a Formula One driver one day.... but you never really believe them, do you!

I'm just happy that Alonso didn't win.

Did you see him waving his arm at Petrov at the end. I guess he's used to being allowed to pass.
