Reflexologist

Just wondered if any of you have ever used a reflexologist.

I have seen a woman on and off over the last 10 years that also covers:

Babanetics, BioEnergetic Healing & Indian Head Massage.

I think she is fantastic, and is very well respected locally, as she works for people with learning difficulties also.

Just would like to know all your views.....

I used to have well known Reflexologist living near me, a Mary Lamb I never had occasion to go to her myself but people came to see her from all over the country and I am told her treatment was effective. Sadly she is no longer with us.

On a slightly different note my son's girlfriend has been unable to move her hand for two weeks and in a great deal of pain, the doctor and specialist (she has health insurance)said it was RSI and would inprove with rest. She went to see a chiropractor and within minutes the problem was gone He said the cause of the problem came from her back, she had trouble with her back a few months ago and it is thought a nerve may have become trapped. So a big cheer for chiropractors

Here here Minihaha

I have great faith in alternative procedures to the GP, and my husband has suffered with back complaints over the years, and normally a couple of visits correct it !

I went for a session (reflexology that is) when I was on holiday at Centre Parcs. I really enjoyed it, so relaxing I could have gone to sleep, I just love people playing with my feet.
