Hey Sweep i have 2 broken fingers but are still able to text
so that ain,t an excuse either

i was saying this in class yesterday to one of the guys
he was sniffing so at breaktime said "oh i feel too ill, am going home to bed"
i was like what? you have a cold not full blown flu

i think men are wimps when they are ill
us women have to carry on regardless

He could have fallen asleep. You could have texted him to ask if he was OK?

He probably thought he'd have a lie down to feel better and that was it, off with the fairies. We've all done it and woken up hours later thinking whoops!

Hi Sweep, I think it all boils down to the fact that women think in a different way from men.
He wouldn't think for a minute that you might be worried about him etc. He probably felt tired/ill, switched his phone off and crashed, forgetting all about his promise to text.
However, probably all of us women on the forum know exactly how worried/upset you would be.
Turns out he is OK - so chill!

I fully understand how you feel just pleased you got contact at alst, dont think they understand how we need a message from them, my OH often goes away, usually only a day or two at a time but knows I need contact, men are such different creatures! anyway keep your chin up, may bring you a nice gift back, hope so, xxx
