Oh yes the whining at 4am. Callie has bad knees and it's difficult if not impossible for him to get up on our bed- I have the parts for the ramps now must get on building them. So early morning you hear the saddest sounds, like a human child sobbing...that get progressively louder and LOUDER...until you have to crawl out of your warm cocoon and lift Mr. Moose up to the bed...and you know in the time it takes me for a quick pee, he's already snuzzled beside hubby with his head on my pillow...need a bigger bed we do.

Now Guinness has finally been convinced he doesn't need his crate anymore, he's developed the habit of dragging his bed (which used to be restrained by the crate) around the living room. He normally plonks it right in front of the door.
