That is one fit looking dog! All muscle, no fat, I would like to get my Ben into that condition. He has lost all the weight he gained whilst being confined to the lead, but we need to build up muscle now.

Lots of bike rides along the canals in the summer with regular dives into the water will do the trick - for all of us!
