Zena, Shilah and Kofi (GSD's)

Met up with Helena for a walk today.

Zena was very well behaved and a credit to her mum..

Kofi was a bit fruity and Shilah was his usual special needs self!

But here are a few piccies anyway...

Oh what fun they all had didn't they, especially in that mucky dewpond!!! I can't believe how Zena just leaped into it, flattened poor Kofi in the middle of it, and then started head diving into that black water to look for the ball, which was floating on top anyways!!!! Sooooo funny, and I'm soooo glad I taught her to swim this summer, so I stayed dry this morning!

I learned a lot about Zena this morning, the way she told Kofi off for pestering her rear end, he got the message and they were best of pals. Poor Shilah with his spechull needs lol, Zena was very wary of him for a while, she had the utmost respect for him, and yet it was SHE who I thought would have kicked off at HIM. I'm sure by the end of the walk, his little mumblings to her meant that he really wanted to play, so hopefully, if we do this more often, she will learn not to be scared of him just coz he's special lol!

Thanks Fiona for a great walk, the pics are fab but not enough of 'em, your boys are both gorgeous, and I loved the way Shilah took to me and kept hunting for my hand on the walk, so sweet, but then he's special isn't he!

Next time will be even better I'm sure, it'll be good for all 3 of them to run together. Loving the way they all took off towards that pond which Zena didn't even know was there, I see in the pic, she even dropped her ball in hot persuit of the boys! I had to dunk her in the shower, and the water that came off her, well, it was black! She's never been in the shower before, it was always Georgie's place, but she was good as gold getting declagged and desmellied, she stank!!! Did me and Zena the world of good, so thanks for that, she was manic when we got home, full of beans and sooooo much happier than she has been of late.xxx

ETA: Lol, I just noticed that was Zena in the 4th pic with Kofi after she leaped straight in and molested him!

Really pleased to hear that you all enjoyed yourselves and it looks a lovely place for a walk. I just wish I could have been there too!
