Glad to hear that Zeus is home and settling in. Try not to get too stressed (easy to say I know!) over the first few days, as it is a new situation for all of you and it takes a wee while for things to settle down.

I assume you will be leaving the boys separate while you go out to work, initially at least? I think it is a good idea to get your mum to pop in and just see how they are while you are at work, but also remember to make sure that Zeus has a bit of time without you as well, so he doesn't expect to have company all the time. Best of luck. I am sure the boys will be best of friends before very long

Lovely photos of Zeus and Zeph getting to know one another.

I think they look to be getting on well already in those pics- will take a while for everyone to adjust as others have said, but Zeus looks happy to be home. Lovely boys!

Thanks for the comments All is going really well, Zeus is good as gold, taking everything very well and seems so happy for a rescue dog, I was expecting it too be much harder work! Each day Zeph and Zeus seem to be getting closer, they are playing on walks more now which is fab! We are still trying to get them to settle at night, second night was much better but last night they were whining again. It's the least I expected though, Zeus seems right comfy here
