The only thing you can do then is practise, and make sure you motivate her and keep her interest, but take time out to do 'show' training as well as any normal training, so she gets used to the difference.

Also practise having different people going over her, touching all over and checking her bite, and she'll be fine

As her movement is fine then it's just a case of practising as you say. Sounds like she hasn't quite figured out yet what you want her to do and where you want her to be. Keep going and they quickly pick it up and it'll all just click
