Thats a real shame.

I do hope they catch hold of the owner of the other dog and give him or her a hiding and a jail sentance for being so daft as to let their dog have the chance to either escape or be let off the leash. Its no consolation to the lady that has now lost both of her best friends but it may make the rest of the community feel a little safer. What if that had been 2 small children? the police would be hunting the dog and the owners as we speak.
