Hi,
well i called the RSPCA and they said that its prob just a fledgling learning to fly and that the mum and dad will continue to feed it on the ground,

trouble is the dogs can easily get to it without trying, so i was thinking of moving it, but then the parents wont know where it is will they??

well at least that is good news gem
can you not put something across to stop the dogs getting near it?
if not if you don,t move it too far i,m sure the parents will find it or hear it

i,d keep a eye on it though just incase it is just left on it,s own
