its hard but does get easier honest.
keep telling yourself you dont need them as the patch is still giving it to you but in a different way.
been there and done that honest stopped in jan this year the first month was the worst!

It been three days now and I can't stop thinking about the fags, but I do feel better and i bought myself a stress ball in the shape of the OH's Mum made me feel better anyway
