Drink bottled water (volvic is best) too many of you forget not everything in life is supposed to go out of it's way to 'please you' :smt018

....Azz you are right of course....

And ladies don't forget that carbonated drinks including carbonated water increase cellulite....and a certain diet fizzy drink erodes the bones over time....

If you really hate water on it's own put a bit of fruit in it, say a squeeze of lemon or lime....make it a bit interesting without putting artificial additives.

I drink buckets of water each day so far no cellulite whatsoever, and clear skin so yep I agree it keeps ya healthy! Mind you you could allways get run over by a bus..............................

Carbonated water - not still water. It's scientifically proven Jake, and by working with one of the top nutrionalists in Harley Street he certainly hammered the point home to all of us female workers...no fizzy's no bread....blah blah blah...
