Does anyone know if this is toxic to dogs?

I don't know for sure but we have some in the garden and my two are fine and they've had a chew on most of the plants out there.

I guess a vet would know?

I don't think Forsythia is but I have found this web page which lists all the ones that are...thought it might be useful for future reference.
