Lovely morning here after a few spots of rain. Have cleaned all the outside of the windows up and down stairs so now coffee time

Just been and checked the long roof gutter at the back of our house and loads of leaves in it again. So it was out with the Skyvac and did a complete clean. Checked by taping a compact camera to one of the skyvac poles .

Still very misty here today and a heady five and a half degrees. Still, warmer than yesterday so can't complain too much.

Need to find a good book from my stash. I have read quite a few Ken Follet books, but after just finishing another, I don't think I can stand reading another that he insists on detailing every bit of research he's done to write it. Decent stories, but so much heavy and unnecessary detail.

May start watching the Crown's new series at the weekend to see what all the fuss is about

Remember Kelly, weight loss isn't a solid downward curve, but fluctuates on the way down. Heck I can have 3 or 4 lbs difference from morning to night so keep that chin up xx

It can also be muscles that have blossomed if exercising. Even just a little bit.

Thanks, the nurse made me do my measurements again, 1 inch list off one thigh, 1/2 inch gained on another and what concerns me is another inch on my waist... obviously with the increased lft on my last blood test, I am quite worried. She has no reason for why I am not losing weight.....she is genuinely surprised...I am just worried

Yes but one hip can be compensating for the other as you use walking aids. Don't get disheartened I'm sure they must be able to do something. Chin up Kelly.
