Its my day off, its my birthday and I am hoping to see my new puppy... what more could a girl want

Got eldest at home this morning so housework for me, cleaner here too.Might get xmas shopping finished online today hopefully.

Loved the "gem" very funny.
Been off work, putting in an exstended sicki that i am due
Been full of a cold and now pulled a muscle in my neck so off to the doctors lunch time.Hopefully back tomorrow as i seem to be getting better each day.

well the day has finally arrived for me
am off to see my neuro at 11.15
have had this bad head for 15 days now
not eaten for around 10 days, just the odd piece of toast
and cannot walk properly, i think this was caused by the doc making a mess of the 3 lumber punctures he attempted
so hopefully some results for me today and i will get some help
