The part time travellers who are near us have a lurcher that is literally not far off that state. I've spoken to the man, but I don't hold out much hope for the dog in this cold weather. The RSPCA won't do anything about it. I have no time for them at all.

so upsetting how cruel ,he dos look fabby now though .(thankfully the lady in question saved this boys life )
