Discharge

I went to stroke Teagan, and noticed some milky coloured substance on the sofa.
I looked at her vagina, and there is a milky coloured 'discharge' coming from there.
Not pouring out, but I can wipe it with a tissue, and some will be on it.
She also keeps licking herself.

She is spayed.
Any idea what it could be?!

Does it smell? Could be an infection.

I'd take her to the vet -can't they get an infection on the stump of whatever is left when they are spayed ??? -sorry don't know techie terms of girlie bits lol but I have heard of it before -like pyro....thingy ( I'm not trying to alarm you or be funny -but I have heard it can be very serious )

Hevver I agree with Murphy off to the vets if you are at all worried ..it could be a number of things or just a normal mucus secretion....and on that note I will go and cook supper

Well, after the other day, there has been no more discharge.
So i'm just keeping an eye on her, and if there is anymore, we will visit the vets!

A friends dog had this, and it was an infection that required anti biotics. The vet noticed it when they brought her to be fixed. They had to reschedule the operation until it cleared, or the vet said the dog could be plagued with it forever. Good luck whatever it is.
