I'm a new member on the forum. Well done - 5 lbs in own week is fantastic. I hang up (so I can see them) all the clothes I can't quite get into - that's a good incentive. At the rate you are going you will get down to your goal weight pretty soon.

Just off now, panicking as got on scales at home and i am heavier than what my book says.

Have been really good all week, so will have to see what the scales read at slimming world.

Really hope i haven't put any on or i am going to have a big bar of chocolate.

The ex. girlfriend lost 4 pound and we all had to sing happy birthday to her. All in all a fantastic night - not.

I am still dedicated, not gone to the chocolate shop and will be back next week with a weight loss.
