Dexterdo, male Red Fell X, DOB 03.12 – Gatwick, West Sussex
Dexterdo, Red Fell X, DOB 03.12 – Gatwick, West Sussex
Homing Requirements: Dexterdo needs a family who are happy with a high energy dog who is very social and can be quite barky and excitable in new situations. Dexterdo would be better living with at least one other dog who will enjoy his play.
His Story: Dexterdo was surrendered into another rescue by his owners as their other dog was intolerant of Dexterdo's play and taking its toys. Dexterdo is neutered, chipped and vax'd. Dexterdo is currently in kennels near Gatwick, West Sussex.
Advert: Dexterdo's family will love him for his fizz. He is playful and full of cheer. He needs swift introductions and is better to be off lead where he is exerting self restraint and banter with the dogs he meets and relaxing into the encounter. He is great with people, very loving and again a sense of adventure and interactive play. Loves to be on the sofa - it is important to him and so his family must be agreeable to this. Settles, left with a Kong or plastic bone. Dexterdo would love an 'at home' audience who enjoys walks by day and cuddles by night.
Dexterdo is a small Terrier cross, just 18 months old and still finding himself within the upheaval of kennel life for the last several months. He is good with children and loves to play fetch. Gets very excited with visitors, food and encounters generally but soon settles. See how he smiles with his eyes!
Please note that this dog is currently in boarding kennels and is also available for foster until a 'forever' home is found.
