Yay! I did laugh at myself once I got over the shock I'm hoping to get two more strands for two more of the trees out the front.

Thank you Kazz!

Today's effort is the actual tree itself although it's not quite finished yet...

Layla was a bit freaked out by the sudden appearance of a scary tree in the living room

She has decided that staying by the door is safest -

Your tree looks lovely.

Be grateful Layla has decided to keep her distance from the tree and not attack it - seriously though sure she will be reassured when it does not move....... I hope Bella takes a tree in her stride she is a bit unsure about some things too.

Thank you both! I like blue and silver as a theme. I'm feeling Christmassy now

I hope Bella is good when you put yours up Kazz. Layla is coming round to it slowly. I think it helps that the boys aren't bothered one bit.

Laughing at poor Layla here could she look any more SUSPICIOUS of it!

When I had a GSD I used to put the tree up inside a wooden playpen. We always had a huge real one and it wasn't that she pulled it down but she used to brush against it and then carry the pine needles round everywhere on her back!

I've made a bit more of an effort now for our Lacey (just to prove I'm not the original GRINCH)
