Had a bit of a panic this morning

I woke up this morning and let Jack out into the garden when I went to see if he was alright he had gone - some-one had opened my gargen gate and left it open!
I just panicked because Jack has a strong chase instinct - and will just bolt and keep going - I shouted his name in complete panic and went to find my shoes - by the time I got to the door he was sitting on the doorstep - looks like the training is starting to pay off - their were loads of distractions outside kids playing other dog walkers - but he chose to come back - he got loads of treats and was looking very pleased with himself!

I got a massive fright - I was completley shaking - not a nice way to wake up!

i know the feeling been there you feel sick and panic and then they are just beside you wow are you glad .what a clever boy

max got out the other week and only got ten yards but that first flash of realisation he had gone nearly killed me so i know what you mean!
