Disposal
Can you take an old gas cooker to Refuse Area or do you have to pay?

To my knowledge, white goods, ie cooker, fridge, washing machine etc can be collected free of charge by your local council.

Hi Sweep. Our local Council will do two collections a year for nothing. If you've used these up, you can take to the local dump everything except Fridges/Freezers which they will collect but will charge you for.
