Dog on animal attack law changes

New tougher laws mean increase in dog licences & compulsary micro chipping

Dogs. (Amendment ) Act 2011 being brought into effect

Yes its N Ireland - brought about by vicious attacks (one 11 week old pup torn from owners armS & killed) by, i hate to write this as its a breed i like, however we always need to remember its the owners who dont control their dogs, SBTs.

Licences were to go up to £12 per dog. Theyre £5 each now

There are those who dont do it, i cant see how they will rectify that other than if the dogs get into bother
