and poor old Max was going to be put down as he was in a cross breed kennel and no one wanted him, so we took him in.

Stupid thing is that I'm actuallly on the look out for another bitch as we have loads of room at home and I'm just waiting for the right bitch to come along that will get on with my existing Dobes and the 3 cats.

I must have missed this before Your dogs are gorgeous Colin and I also have a friend who has 3 male Dobies together all neutered and all rescues, they all get on fine together. They know who's boss and it certainly isn't them.

Update to this thread.

All 4 of my Dobermanns came from rescue centers.

Ruby cam from Dobermanns in need.
http://www.dobeinneed.co.uk

Onyx came from Dobermann Rescue Ltd.
http://www.dobermann-rescue.co.uk/index.htm

and poor old Max was going to be put down as he was in a cross breed kennel and no one wanted him, so we had take him in.

Jess (Kennel Club name Princess Amybell) came from Dobermann Rehoming Association.

Plus thanks to Novavizz on this forum I also adopted a 6-year-old Rottweiler bitch called Skye as well. You see Novavizz knew a lady called Carla who lives in Hull, and because she had been flooded out and no longer has anywhere to live as her house required lots of repairs to make it habitable again, I just couldn’t see Skye go without a home.

Luckily Skye had lived with another dog, so she has fitted in with the Dobes really well.
