Impressed

Hi,
I had trouble this morning signing in to my sub account i have,i only use it for all doggy related stuff.
After about half an hour i still couldn't get in,do i used the online desktop help from BT,It is very similar to IM,Within 10 mins it was up and running.
Very impressed with the service
