SUCCESS!!! Just went and spoke to neighbour downstairs and apparently barking was on and off today not continuos Not brilliant, but she said today was the best she's ever been!!

I think we might have this cracked by the end of the week, just off to take her for another walk to calm her down before I go back to work, but she wont be left long this time as the neighbour is coming over to give her a walk at 4.

Gosh I am sooo relieved!!!!

Oh and only 2 shoes chewed (luckily the OH's), nothing else touched

That's all right then, though don't suppose your OH will see it that way.

Glad to hear she was a little better today with her barking

Well OH has now left us all alone for a whole week, so thats her revenge

It was really horrible leaving her she was pining loads . Hopefully she'll have a little sleep as I tried to tire her out playing fetch... but I doubt it

Got an idea - you could always get ANOTHER Doberman (they could see who could howl the loudest then )

hi Jess, no your post wasn't ignored , my reply was:

"jess - I do have a crate and I totally agree with them, however Roxy never really took to it (or should I say I never really put in enough time to train her in it) But if I find the house destroyed I will probably give it another go. Im sure it'll be fine though. "
