If these papers were worth the paper they are printed on , they should run a campaign to EDUCATE people that any animal will defend itself when provoked. The sad thing is , too many parents let their children do whatever they like. They have little or no respect for anything or anyone. You just need to go to your local supermarket to see how badly behaved a lot of children are. And that's just the toddlers !!!!! So , when "little Johnny" teases a dog to the point that it bites him, WHO's FAULT is it ? Certainly NOT the dog. Sadly, the little baby who was killed by 2 Rottweiler GUARD DOGS, should never have been left in an unattended room in that situation. Murderers , rapists and armed robbers are not put down , they get locked up for a few years then let out to potentially commit the same crime.
