Cheesy Pasta and cauliflower cheese...hubby doesn't like either. Generally go for quick and easy stuff when i'm only cooking for myself (or I phone my Mum and ask if there's any going spare at her house lol)

Gnocchi! The OH hates it but i love it.

He works away during the week at the moment so i quite often have gnocchi.

Mine is very simple....

Boiled pasta then once cooked mix in a little garlic butter. Yummy

or Boiled Pasta and cheese sauce.

Pats not a lover of Pasta

Mine's pasta with a tomato and mushroom sauce, or if I am being lazy, toasted cheese!
In fact I am off now to make toast and potato salad (which is nicer than it sounds!)

I cook (or not) for just me all the time so favourites come and go.

Cauliflower cheese and roast potatos is bestest but can't be bothered to do it much----probably why it is bestest!
