I'm having a day out...

with the spotties, Rowdy and his mum.

My mum's doing the buffet for my sister's birthday so I said I'd get the dogs out of the way for the day.

We're taking a trip to Nottingham to go and explore Sherwood Forest
After some lunch, we may even come home via Matlock if the dogs are tired enough for Rowdy to walk nicely on a lead!

I can't believe I haven't charged my camera batteries but will get some photos on my phone if I can!

Have a lovely time - sounds wonderful - love days like that - don't do enough of them anymore - makes mental note to organise day out with dogs/kids and OH!

Well we got to Sherwood Forest for 12 o'clock and spent 4 hours walking!

I now have my leg raised and have taken some painkillers maybe did a bit much but we enjoyed it anyway!

Rowdy and Takara are sound asleep and Eddy's still wandering around the kitchen hoping for a bit of the buffet mum's finishing up!

We had a lovely day, Eddy went off his lead and had a really good run - was lovely to see him offlead! Takara was really well behaved but did manage to find the only muddy puddle in the whole forest!

I got a video and a few pictures so will upload them later - all three of them were totally tuckered out when we'd finished!
