Aww what lovely dogs!

We had two blind dogs. My childhood poodle Poo had to be pts when he went blind. Purely because he was so lively he just went mad when anyone came to the door and crashed into everything. Even though I was about 4 or 5 I can remember the blood on the fridge, he just couldn't cope with it.

Whereas we also had Bubbles the Shi tzu who coped very well. She was able to be let off on walks as the other dogs kept either side of her and 'guided' her, she coped fine.

Wow what beautiful dogs you have, and as for the wonderful "bear" what a courageous fella, my heart sunk when you said about his eyes. How awful for such a young dog, but i am glad he is handling it all so well. I would love to see some more pics of him sometime.

Gorgeous pics of gorgeous dogs. I love Bear, but I have a thing about large hairy dogs. What a shame about his eyes but glad to hear he copes so well.

Love all those lovely dogs and especially Bear - he is very special and he will have been compensated for his loss of sight - his sense of smell will have gotten better. He is just lovely and I want to cuddle him. So please do give him a big cuddle from me and plenty doggy hugs and kisses from Loki and to the others as well.

Take care.
