Excitable sneezing is not uncommon; no idea why but 2 or my 4 will do it.

Sadie sometimes sneezes when we ask her to shout, she will sometimes sneeze few times instead before she barks!

Our old girl Cassie used to do this in her latter years. She'd 'smile', wag and sneeze to greet you!

Hi Toby as Pita says a dog sneezing when excited is not uncommon.
I would guess when they are excited some dogs hyperventilate slightly (as do some humans) and this triggers sneezing.

My girly does it when she gets excited.
What I do find cute though is when i boy yawns, he whines at the same time. It's sooooo sweet.
