Just dropping in to say hi!

Hi there,

We lost out beloved collie cross Spike in August last year after 16.5 very happy years. To say he has left a huge hole in our lives is an understatement.

We now feel ready to welcome a new addition to our home. So, last weekend we spotted an advert on the Internet for some sprollie pups, we enquired, went to see them and needless to say, it was love at first site. We will be bringing him home in two weeks time when he is 8 weeks old. We are both excited but apprehensive about bringing him home. But I am sure he will be perfect for us.

Looking forward to finding my way around this site and reading the forums to hopefully pick up some help and advice.

Xx

Hi and welcome

Sorry you lost Spike - it is always heartbreaking when we lose our four legged family members, but lovely that he had a long happy life with you.
I lost my last dog 2 years ago after 15 years and she too left an enormous hole in the our lives. I ended up buying two littermates and oh boy, it was like a whirlwind had arrived in our lives ........ enjoy your peace now

Sorry for your loss, I'm sure the sprollie pup will go someway to filling the gap left by spike.
