Flamingo The Dog

I was wondering if you could watch this video that i have uploaded of my dogs behaviour. Anyone with any idea how i should control this please pass on any hints and tips.

Well spotted Nippy! Unless this is a very informal 'hello' from a real dog owner - I'm not sure it's really in the right place on this forum.
