Thanks Laura, and everyone else These photos were actually taken with my cousin's mobile phone ... so are pretty impressive quality

The photos were taken mainly around the Lochalsh area - the mountain ones are going towards Glen Affric and the Camban Bothy and the loch ones are a mix of Corran looking towards Knoydart and Loch Duich in front of our cottage.

We didn't actually get to Camusfearna this time - as much as I adore the beach, I find the walk down through the plantation really boring, and cos the weather was so good we carried on past Camusfearna and down to Corran. If you are in the area in July ... you MUST do the lochside walk at Corran, it is absolutely beautiful.

Do you have the walking pamphlet produced by Kintail Mountain Rescue?
