In the case i am thinking its a bulldog but i am sure its the same for other breeds

Jaws broad, strong and square, lower jaw slightly projecting in front of upper with moderate turn up.

My little Frankie has got quite a pronounced undershot jaw and it doesn't bother him at all. I didn't buy him I rehomed him and he's a mutt rather than a pedigree so has no breed standard to adhere to.
