Daily Thread Monday 22nd April

Good morning everyone

Enjoyed looking at sister's photos. She went to the Falklands and Antartica but to be honest once you have seen one penguin you have seen them all

Hope you are all well and enjoying this lovely weather. Overcast at the moment but sun is expected. Washing out and about to take Teazle out. This afternoon taking son to Dunelm as he needs new bedding and curtains then a quick duck into a garden centre to give him some inspiration for his small garden.

Have a good day and stay safe

Morning Sue, griff, Moyra, brenda and all who follow.

Another lovely warm sunny day here today.
Not much going on today so a quiet day in the garden after the hoovering i think.

Hope everyone and all four legged friends are well today.

Good morning all.

Another bright and sunny morning with that little bit of chilly breeze. Excellent dog walking weather.

Blimey, but the "wear for the body you have not what you would like it to be" certainly applies today. There are some wondrous sights around Skegness this morning including the overweight middle aged lady with the shortest mini skirt I've ever seen showing her bum off. Yes, bum. No knickers

If only I'd known griff of course I would of done.
Chris some of the sights I saw yesterday at the petrol station waiting while Gorden went in to pay. Would make your hair curl.

Built a planter with trellis, painted it all, planted it up and removed some of my fuschia bushes for when the lad comes to do a fence, they have stolen about half a foot of my garden

Good grief griff when will all this end.

Just sold the Peugeot convertible. Had a for sale notice on it since last week out the front no interest. Gorden put it on the local buy it sell it swap it site this morning and about 20 people asking about it.
Guy and his wife came over from Peterborough took it for a test drive Gorden squashed in the back and made an offer not much under what it was advertised for and now it's gone.
Only mot'd till 23rd May and had two advisories plus we couldn't find the mot certificate but he had checked all that out anyway. Seems happy.
Dillon was not impressed with them when they came in to sign the V5 doc, he barked and went in the garden. They own dogs to they were saying think they were a bit pushy with him.
Would of offered them a cuppa but Dillon seemed stressed so decided not to.
