SBT X pup

Please say hello to Barley an 18 week old staffordshire bull terrier cross puppy currently in foster care in the north west. Barley came into our care following a family split. He is a happy go lucky chap who will ideally like an experienced bull breed owner willing to put in the training that Barley has missed so far. An example of Barleys level of training is as follows:

You say "Sit" Barley throws himself on his back wagging his tail and showing you his belly.

You say "Stay" Barley throws himself on his back wagging his tail and showing you his belly.

You call "Barley" and Barley throws himself on his back wagging his tail and showing you his belly.

In short Barley adores people but does need training to turn him into a nice well behaved adult! Barley loves his food and will jump up to the worktop to grab his bowl. He wil then throw it over himself and the floor before proceeding to eat it Again, Training and teaching of manners in a firm but fair way will work wonders here! He is fantastic with his foster sister (a spayed female Staffie cross) tho being an 18 week old male does like to try and mount her every chance he gets! He will be castrated as soon as he can be booked into the vets which should show some improvement! With people he is very full on, nearly gave mel a black eye when he headbutted her whilst giving her a kiss!

Barley will be child tested soon and altho we expect him to pass with flying colours he will be too bouncy for young children so at LEAST over 6 yrs old please. Barley is fully vaxed and will be castrated and chipped before homing. All homes will be homechecked and a donation asked for.
