Jennie - 4-5 months old Staffie cross.

Jennie

Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross, 4 months old approx.

Background:
Bred by a family, Mother was a Staffie cross, Father said to be a Dogue de Bordeaux, Jennie was from a litter of 9 and none of the litter were sold, community officer and Dog warden took the litter and they have been in rescue since they left their mother. Jennie is in foster care with several other adult dogs and 5 litter mates.

Temperament:
Jennie is a genuine sweetheart. Shy at first and submissive with other dogs. Very friendly and loves a cuddle. Loves nothing more than to follow a human around.

Looking for:
A home to give her the time and love she deserves with a garden and space for her to exercise, in addition to walks. Can live with other dogs and dog savvy cats and children over 12.

Jennie has had both her injections, is wormed and has had flea treatment. She is house trained but has not had much formal training. Clicker training is advised with this gentle soul. Jennie will have to be spayed on agreement with adoption.

It gives me heartache to post this beautiful little girl on here - me and the OH were going to take her on, but after seeing Louie's behaviour at training class the past couple of weeks, I have decided it would be too much for me on my own, she is very easy at 4-5 months old, but I realise that if I want another dog, it would have to be a calm adult and not a puppy.

Jennie is a genuine sweetheart, she was the first to settle when we brought her and her sisters round to my house to play and socialise with our 3. She fit in like a glove and sat with my lot more than her own litter - which is why it gives me heartache to post her up for adoption. She needs a good home and I would prefer if someone on Dogsey could take her so I could see her progress and kick myself in the future for not taking her on when I had the chance, but a loving home would be wonderful also.
Jennie is much calmer than her sister's - more Mastiff than Staffie IMO. She is one of the bigger ones of the pups. She loves to sleep in the sunshine - especially if she can get on the trampoline.

Wishing her all the best in life - as I do with all the other puppies.
