Henry - 5 year old male Parson's Jack Russell Terrier
Henry, Parson's Jack Russell Terrier, DOB 28.12.2006 – Hartley Witney, Hampshire
Homing Requirements: Henry is proven with children and another dog, but needs an introduction regime. Owners should be committed to use of a muzzle outside allowing him to enjoy walks freely via extender, with off-lead time in secure areas. He is not bland; a terrier of worth and an entertainer if you enjoy terriers. Not for cats, a proven mouser but he lives with a corn snake.
His Story: Henry has a very young family around him and has coped with babies, toddlers etc., as well as accepting a Labrador pup, now grown up. However he isn't coping with the youngest, now toddler, who is going through the 'terrible two's’ time, hence Henry needs a quieter home.
Advert: Henry is a very energetic, friendly and loving dog to people he knows. Henry is a Terrier and has nipped strangers in the excitement of first meeting and now has a introduction plan. Has slightly biten once thought to be defending the owner (the defense was not needed, but Henry obviously thought so)! Not bad over a period of 5 years. He is always walked in a harness via extender lead and the owner uses muzzle in public places, ref a few ‘set to’s’ with other dogs on rare occasions. Let off the lead when alone and responsive to recall commands. Loves a warm lap to curl up on in the evenings. Still in his own home in North Hampshire.
Henry is a Parson's Jack Russell, 5 years old, white with 2 tan ears. A character who needs a family to match his and provide him with assurance and firm guidance, supporting his meetings and greetings with calming support. Henry is a darling dog who needs a chance to prove his great worth having coped with a challenging busy young family life well in our books.
